About 432 Theory
Midlife is a design window.
432 Theory is how we train through it: strong, informed, unstoppable.
What started as one woman’s personal journey grew into a workout community of women on a mission to dance through midlife with vitality.
“Women shouldn’t have to simply ‘tough it out’ through midlife… We deserve the strength and power to feel unstoppable, doing whatever makes us feel most alive.”

Divya Thakore
CEO & Co-Founder · ACE certified group fitness instructor · trained dancer
Movement has always been part of Divya’s life. A classically trained dancer and choreographer, she found her way into fitness by teaching online during the pandemic, and her classes grew by word of mouth alone. Now, she’s become obsessed with how women’s bodies should train as they age: building strength and power, maintaining mental and physical capacity, and incorporating recovery, flexibility, mobility, balance, and so much more.
Why I built this
I’m on a mission to make sure women can dance through midlife: strong, capable, unstoppable, and with vitality.
Is that such a crazy ask?
My own midlife story starts with dance.
I recently returned to it. And it felt so good. Dancing is where I feel like the highest version of myself: free, capable, strong, unstoppable. It’s the thing I love most in this world, besides my family.
Every woman has her own version of dance, the thing that makes her feel most alive. And whatever that is requires mental and physical capacity.
So I started looking at exercise as the tool to help women feel good in their bodies and minds through midlife. I became obsessed with the research, the science behind how the female body responds to training, leading up to and during midlife.
And now, 432 Theory exists to turn that research into real training, helping women build the strength and power to keep doing whatever it is that makes them feel alive, unstoppable, most like themselves.
I invite you to join the movement and stay strong with us.

What we believe.
Aging is something you shape.
The changes of midlife are predictable, and many of them respond to training. The best time to start is before they show up.
Someone should have done the thinking.
The information exists. What’s missing is the application. We connect the dots so you can press play.
If it isn’t fun, it won’t last.
Joy, music and community keep you coming back long enough for the training to matter.
Strength shouldn’t be a luxury.
Longevity has started to belong to people with money and time. We built 432 so it doesn’t.
Come train with us.
